Rallis India fixes record date for dividend

Rallis India has fixed 04 June 2026 as record date for determining entitlement of members to receive dividend of Rs 3 per equity share of Re 1 for the financial year ended 31 March 2026. The dividend will be paid on or after 25 June 2026.
