CARE Ratings reaffirmed ratings for Federal Bank's bonds totaling Rs 2,700 crore, citing a stable outlook

Federal Bank Ltd announced that CARE Ratings Ltd has re-affirmed the issuer rating and re-affirmed credit ratings to various instruments, specifically Infrastructure Bonds aggregating Rs 1,500.00 crore, Tier-II bonds amounting to Rs 200.00 crore, Tier-II bonds amounting to Rs 500.00 crore, and Tier-II bonds amounting to Rs 1,000.00 crore, all carrying a rating of CARE AA+; Stable, with the final rating rationale received by the bank on October 09, 2026, and available on the bank's website.
