Persistent Systems' NCDs and Issuer Rating receive AA+ rating from ICRA with negative implications

Persistent Systems Ltd announced that ICRA Limited has assigned a rating of [ICRA]AA+ with a Rating Watch with Negative Implications to the company's Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) and Issuer Rating, while also continuing the existing [ICRA]AA+ Issuer Rating on Rating Watch with Negative Implications; additionally, ICRA has assigned a rating of [ICRA]AA+ to Non-Convertible Debentures amounting to 5,000.0, also under a Rating Watch with Negative Implications, with a note clarifying that SEBI’s grievance redressal/dispute resolution and investor protection mechanisms will not be available for instruments regulated by other financial sector regulators.
