Goblin India Limited raises Rs 31.50 crore via rights issue to eligible shareholders

Goblin India Limited announced a rights issue to raise up to Rs 31.50 crore through the issuance of equity shares to eligible shareholders as on a record date to be determined, subject to regulatory approvals.
