Sheela Foam's ratings reaffirmed by India Ratings, with withdrawals following debt instrument redemption

Sheela Foam Ltd announced reaffirmations and a withdrawal of ratings from India Ratings and Research Private Limited and India Ratings, concerning its various debt instruments. India Ratings and Research Private Limited reaffirmed the rating of IND BBB+ on the Bank Loan amounting to 100 crore, while India Ratings reaffirmed the ratings of IND AA/Stable/IND A1+ on Bank Loan Facilities aggregating to Rs. 180 crore (additional facilities) and Rs. 700 crore (existing facilities), and withdrew the IND AA/Stable rating on Non-Convertible Debentures totaling Rs. 181.25 crore (ISIN: INE916U08012) following their full redemption; additionally, India Ratings affirmed a rating on an additional amount of Bank Loan Facilities and withdrew ratings on the aforementioned Non-Convertible Debentures.
