Continental Controls plans to raise Rs 1966.80 lakhs through a Rights Issue

Continental Controls Limited plans to raise Rs 1966.80 lakhs through a Rights Issue of 1,96,68,019 equity shares with a face value of Rs 10 each, offered at an issue price of Rs 10 per share, payable in full on application. The Rights Issue opens on October 29, 2026, with a record date of October 14, 2026, and a closing date of November 5, 2026, offering a ratio of 16 equity shares for every five shares held; the board or a duly authorized committee retains the right to extend the issue period by up to 30 days. The company currently has 61,46,256 outstanding equity shares and anticipates 2,58,14,275 shares outstanding post-Rights Issue (assuming full subscription).
