Highway Infrastructure Limited secures a 90-day operations contract from NHAI for Rs 24.46 crore

Highway Infrastructure Limited announced it has entered into a contract agreement on October 8, 2026, for the operations at Velanchettiyur Fee Plaza in Tamil Nadu, following a letter of award received on September 30, 2026. The contract, awarded by the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI), involves the operation and collection of user fees at the plaza for a period of 90 days and carries a broad consideration of Rs 24,45,99,930. The agreement also includes upkeep and maintenance of adjacent toilet blocks. Neither the promoter nor any promoter group companies have an interest in NHAI, and the contract does not constitute a related party transaction.
