Waaree Renewable Technologies secures LOA for a 5 MWp solar project with 10 years of O&M

Waaree Renewable Technologies Limited, a subsidiary of Waaree Energies Limited, announced it has received a Letter of Acceptance (LOA) from a Public Sector Undertaking (PSU) for a 5 MWp grid-connected solar PV project, including comprehensive Operation & Maintenance for 10 years. The turnkey Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC) work is expected to be completed within 12 months, with the LOA received on October 8, 2026. The order size is valued at 5 MWp and does not involve any related party transactions.
