Pace Digitek Limited secures a Rs 1794 million contract from BSES Rajdhani Power for a 57.5 MW BESS project

Pace Digitek Limited has received a Letter of Intent from BSES Rajdhani Power Limited for a significant project involving the design, supply, testing, installation, commissioning, operation, and maintenance of a Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) with a contracted capacity of 57.5 MW/115 MWh at four grid locations, valued at Rs 1,794 million. The project, awarded to Pace Digitek on a domestic basis, is slated for completion within 28 weeks from the effective date and will operate on an on-demand basis. The company confirmed that neither the promoter group nor any group companies have an interest in BSES Rajdhani Power Limited, and the transaction is not considered a related party transaction.
