EMS Limited secures Rs 12.98 crore sewerage work order from Municipal Corporation Jodhpur

EMS Ltd is currently down 0.88% to Rs 326.05, adding to recent declines that have seen the stock fall 1.66% over the last one week.

EMS Limited announced it has received a Letter of Award (LOA) from the Municipal Corporation Jodhpur for sewerage work in Jodhpur City under Amrut 2.0, following its earlier notification of being selected as the lowest bidder. The order, valued at Rs 12,980.13 lakhs (including GST but excluding Operation & Maintenance), involves laying new sewer lines, redesigning and rejuvenating existing systems, and includes a one-year defect liability period with ten years of Operation & Maintenance, with an execution timeline of 24 months.

Trading volume reached 4.49 lakh shares today, a surge of 185.36% compared to the average volume of the last one week. EMS Ltd tumbled by 41.03% year-over-year, underperforming the 9.98% loss recorded by the NIFTY50 index.
