RailTel secures Rs 63.81 crore work order from Northern Coalfields for MPLS VPN connectivity

RailTel Corporation of India Ltd. announced it has secured a work order from Northern Coalfields Limited for the provision of primary MPLS VPN connectivity to support ERP implementation across NCL locations, on a rental basis for a period of 5 years, to be executed by 30-OCT-31. The total value of the order, including tax, is Rs 63,81,24,648, and the company confirmed that neither the promoter group nor any group companies have any interest in Northern Coalfields Limited, and the order does not constitute a related party transaction.
