Adani Enterprises' credit ratings upgraded by CARE Ratings, reflecting fiscal prudence

Adani Enterprises Ltd. has announced updates to its credit ratings from CARE Ratings Limited, including an upgrade of its long-term rating to AA Stable, representing the highest rating in the company’s credit history, reflecting disciplined capital management and fiscal prudence. CARE Ratings revised the long-term / short-term bank facilities from CARE AA- ; Stable / CARE A1+ to CARE AA; Stable / CARE A1+ for an amount of Rs 16,505.00 crore, upgraded the long-term bank facilities from CARE AA- ; Stable to CARE AA for Rs 4,000.00 crore, reaffirmed the short-term bank facilities at CARE A1+ for Rs 240.00 crore, upgraded the Non-convertible debentures from CARE AA- ; Stable to CARE AA; Stable for Rs 954.96 crore and Rs 2,000.00 to Rs 3,000.00, and reaffirmed the Commercial Paper at CARE A1+ for Rs 2,000.00, with no other rating agencies or instruments mentioned in the disclosure.
