ARCL Organics Limited resolves case, paying Rs 8.23 crore settlement and Rs 21.95 lakh in interest

ARCL Organics Limited has received a Final Order dated October 6, 2026, from the Debts Recovery Tribunal -I, Kolkata, concluding case OA/86/2005 concerning the Stressed Assets Stabilisation Fund versus Allied Resins and Chemicals Ltd. (now ARCL Organics Limited). The Tribunal recorded that the company fulfilled a settlement agreement by paying Rs 8,22,94,500 as the settlement amount and Rs 21,95,394 towards interest, thereby satisfying the Applicant Bank's claim and disposing of the case. As a result of this resolution, ARCL Organics Limited anticipates obtaining a No Objection Certificate and release of charges on land properties offered as security, including the land at Rampur where its manufacturing operations are located.
