Transformers and Rectifiers secures Rs 100 crore order from Gujarat Energy Transmission Corporation Limited

Transformers and Rectifiers (India) Limited announced it has received an order from Gujarat Energy Transmission Corporation Limited (GETCO) for the manufacturing and supply of 80 MVAR, 125 MVAR shunt reactors and 500MVA auto transformers, with a delivery schedule within 24 to 30 months. The order, classified as a "Large Order" with a value up to Rs 100 Cr, falls within the normal course of business and does not involve related party transactions; the company's promoter group has no interest in GETCO.
