Aditya Birla Real Estate receives reaffirmed ratings from CARE Ratings, including a positive outlook

Aditya Birla Real Estate Ltd announced rating actions from CARE Ratings on September 30, 2026, concerning both the company and its wholly owned subsidiary, Birla Estates Private Limited. CARE Ratings reaffirmed the rating of Aditya Birla Non Convertible Debentures at CARE AA; Positive, with the outlook revised from Stable, reaffirmed the rating of Non Convertible Debentures (yet to be issued) at CARE AA; Positive, with the outlook revised from Stable, reaffirmed the rating of Commercial Paper (yet to be issued) at CARE Al+ , reaffirmed the rating of Long term Bank Facilities at CARE AA; Stable, with the outlook revised from Stable, reaffirmed the rating of Short Term Bank facilities at CARE Al+, and withdrew the rating for an instrument with an outstanding amount of Rs. 10 crore since it was fully repaid.
