India Ratings affirmed credit ratings for Sunteck Realty, including Commercial Paper and bank loan facilities

Sunteck Realty Ltd. announced that India Ratings and Research, a rating agency, has affirmed and assigned credit ratings to its various facilities and instruments. Specifically, the rating agency affirmed the Commercial Paper at IND A1+, the Bank loan facilities at IND AA/Stable/IND A1+, and the Issuer rating at IND AA/Stable; these ratings pertain to Commercial Paper, Bank loan facilities, and the Issuer rating.
