Vaxfab Enterprises plans to raise Rs 45 crore through a rights issue to shareholders

Vaxfab Enterprises Limited plans to raise up to Rs 45,00,00,000 through a rights issue of equity shares with a face value of Rs 10 each, offering the securities to eligible shareholders on a yet-to-be-determined price and entitlement ratio. The board approved the rights issue, along with a draft letter of offer and the formation of a Rights Issue Committee consisting of Mr. Ravindra Ashokbhai Joshi (Chairman), Mr. Jinang Dineshkumar Shah (Member), and Ms. Juhi Sawajani (Member), authorizing them to appoint intermediaries and handle related matters.
