Gloster Ltd's bank facilities reaffirmed with "ACUITE A+" and "ACUITE A1" ratings by Acuite

Gloster Ltd announced that Acuite Ratings & Research Limited has reaffirmed its long-term rating of "ACUITE A+" (read as ACUITE APlus) and short-term rating of "ACUITE A1" (read as ACUITE Aone) on the Rs 295.00 Cr bank facilities of the company, with a "Stable" outlook, and has also assigned the long-term rating of "ACUITE A+" (read as ACUITE APlus) and short-term rating of "ACUITE A1" (read as ACUITE Aone) on the Rs 50.00 Cr bank facilities of the company, also with a "Stable" outlook; no enhancements, assignments, or withdrawals were indicated by Acuite, and this communication is in compliance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
