Ceenik Exports pays Rs 5.10 lakh compounding fee for non-appointment of Company Secretary

Ceenik Exports (India) Limited has received a final order from the Office of the Regional Director, Western Region- I, Mumbai, under Section 441 of the Companies Act, 2013, related to a default under Section 203 concerning the non-appointment of a Company Secretary from September 18, 2016, to November 1, 2018. The company and its officers in default have fully paid an aggregate compounding fee of Rs 5,10,000, and Ceenik Exports stated that the matter has no material impact on its business operations or financial stability, with the company itself paying Rs 1,60,000 of the total fee.
