Chalet Hotels Ltd’s credit ratings reaffirmed by ICRA, outlook upgraded to ‘Positive’

Chalet Hotels Ltd announced that ICRA Limited has reaffirmed the company’s credit ratings and upgraded the outlook from ‘Stable’ to ‘Positive’ via a letter dated September 29, 2026. Specifically, ICRA Limited reaffirmed [ICRA] AA- / Positive for Non-Convertible Debentures, with a proposed limit enhancement from Rs. 250 crore to Rs. 500 crore, as well as [ICRA] AA- / Positive for Long Term Fund Based Term Loans, Long Term Fund Based Limits, and Long Term Unallocated Limits, and [ICRA] A1+ for Short Term Unallocated Limits and Short Term Non-Fund Based Limits; no other rating agencies were mentioned in the intimation, and no ratings were withdrawn.
