ideaForge Technology Limited secures Rs 23.62 crore in UAV orders from domestic civil customers

ideaForge Technology Limited announced it has secured multiple purchase orders totaling Rs 23.62 Crore from domestic civil customers for the supply of Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs), along with accessories and training. The orders, which involve the sale of multicopter UAVs configured for mapping, aerial survey, and surveillance, are expected to be executed within six months. The company disclosed that neither the promoter group nor any group companies have any interest in the entity awarding the orders, and the transactions do not constitute related party transactions.
