Saurashtra Cement Ltd announced that ICRA Limited has re-affirmed the rating of BBB- (Stable) for its long-term fund-based term loan of Rs 31.95 crore, long-term non-fund-based facilities of Rs 340.00 crore, long-term fund-based cash credit of Rs 20.00 crore, long-term unallocated facilities of Rs 12.05 crore, and term loans - HDFC Bank Limited of Rs 31.95 crore, non-fund-based facilities - HDFC Bank Limited of Rs 270.00 crore, non-fund-based facilities - ICICI Bank Limited of Rs 70.00 crore, cash credit - ICICI Bank Limited of Rs 20.00 crore, and unallocated of Rs 12.05 crore; additionally, ICRA has assigned ratings of [ICRA] BBB- (Stable) to the same instruments, including the term loans - HDFC Bank Limited of Rs 31.95 crore, non-fund-based facilities - HDFC Bank Limited of Rs 270.00 crore, non-fund-based facilities - ICICI Bank Limited of Rs 70.00 crore, cash credit - ICICI Bank Limited of Rs 20.00 crore, and unallocated of Rs 12.05 crore, all effective September 18, 2026, with no enhancements, withdrawals, or downgrades reported.
