Shakti Pumps' bank facilities affirmed with IND AA-/Stable/IND A1+ ratings by India Ratings

Shakti Pumps (India) Ltd announced that India Ratings & Research Private Limited has assigned credit ratings for bank facilities, affirming the rating for Bank loan facilities of INR 8,500 with a rating of IND AA-/Stable/IND A1+ and assigning a rating of IND AA-/Stable/IND A1+ for Bank loan facilities of INR 13,100. The company secretary, Ravi Patidar, communicated this intimation under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations' 2015, noting the ratings are based on recent operational and financial performance.
