SIS Ltd's credit ratings reaffirmed by CRISIL, with outlook revised to "Positive."

SIS Ltd announced a revision in credit ratings, as detailed in a filing on September 29, 2026, in compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. CRISIL Ratings Limited reaffirmed the rating of “Crisil AA-” on the Long Term Bank Loan Facilities amounting to INR 949 Crore and Non-Convertible Debentures amounting to INR 250 Crore, revising the outlook from “Stable” to “Positive”; additionally, CRISIL Ratings Limited reaffirmed the rating of “Crisil A1+” on the Short Term Bank Loan Facilities, with no outlook change, all as described in a rationale dated September 25, 2026, and available on the company website at www.sisindia.com.
