Arisinfra's subsidiary secures a service order from Transcon Bellaviu for the Rs 400 crore Transcon UNO project

Arisinfra Solutions Limited announced that its subsidiary, Arisunitern RE Solutions Private Limited, has secured a service order from Transcon Bellaviu Private Limited, a special purpose vehicle of Transcon Group, to provide DaaS services for the “Transcon UNO” residential project in Kalina, Mumbai, which has an estimated gross development value of Rs 400 Crores. The engagement, commencing September 29, 2026, has an initial term of 18 months, extendable by mutual consent, and is not considered a related party transaction.
