Valiant Communications Limited jumps 13.36% after securing Rs 4.03 crore Letter of Award for power solutions

Valiant Communications Ltd. is up 13.36% to Rs 1628.65, building on recent momentum that has seen the stock advance 13.99% over the last week.

Valiant Communications Limited announced it has received a Letter of Award (LOA) worth Rs 4,025 Lacs from a System Integrator for supply of communication and grid-protection solutions to the Indian Power Utility Sector. The contract, which includes supply, services, and annual maintenance, is slated for completion by December 31, 2028, and does not involve any related party transactions or interest from promoters. The order is reported on a gross basis, as per SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-2/P/CIR/2025/25 dated February 25, 2025.
