Everest Kanto Cylinder's credit ratings reaffirmed by CARE Ratings and CareEdge Ratings

Everest Kanto Cylinder Ltd (EKCL) announced reaffirmations of its credit ratings by both CARE Ratings Limited and CARE Ratings Ltd., with CARE Ratings Limited reaffirming the long-term bank facilities at CARE A-; Stable and short-term bank facilities at CARE A2+, while CARE Ratings Ltd. reaffirmed the long-term bank facilities at CARE A-; Stable with a reduced amount from Rs 164.00 to Rs 156.84 and short-term bank facilities at CARE A2+ for Rs 63.00; additionally, CARE Ratings Limited referenced corporate bonds and debentures as instruments rated by the agency, and CareEdge Ratings provided a stable outlook reflecting expectations of continued benefit from an established presence and adequate liquidity, alongside rating monitorables related to GST contingent liabilities and an expectation of a stabilized profitability margin of approximately 12-14%.
