Poonawalla Fincorp receives reaffirmed CARE AAA ratings for various debt instruments

Poonawalla Fincorp Ltd. has announced reaffirmations and several assignments from CARE Ratings Limited and CARE Ratings Ltd. regarding its various debt instruments, including Long-term / Short-term bank facilities (Rs 100.00), Long-term bank facilities (Rs 40,020.00), Short-term bank facilities (Rs 200.00), Perpetual Debt (Rs 1,579.10), Subordinate debt (Rs 1,860.00), Market linked debentures (Rs 250.00), Non-convertible debentures (Rs 13,740.90), Commercial paper (Rs 7,500.00), and Subordinated debt (Rs 600.00), all carrying ratings of CARE AAA; Stable or CARE A1+ except for Perpetual Debt rated CARE AA+; Stable. Additionally, CARE Ratings Limited has withdrawn ratings on specific Non-convertible debentures (ISIN INE511C07813, INE511C07797, INE511C07904) and Perpetual debt (ISIN INE511C08951, INE511C08969) due to their redemption, while also assigning ratings to newly issued instruments and enhancing the Long-term bank facilities from Rs 27,520.00 to Rs 40,020.00.
