Ksolves India Limited secures Rs 0.5 million order from Demerara Bank for AI solution

Ksolves India Limited announced it has received a new order worth Rs 0.5 million (USD 0.5 million) from Demerara Bank Limited, Georgetown, Guyana, to implement an Agentic AI solution as part of a key strategic initiative for the bank’s digital transformation projects. The order, awarded by the international entity on September 28, 2026, is expected to be executed within seven months and does not involve any related party transactions.

Trading volume reached 27963 shares today, a slight decrease of 4.45% from the one-week average volume. Ksolves India Ltd declined by 19.82% year-over-year, underperforming the 7.03% loss registered by the NIFTY50 index.
