Juniper Green Energy secures 25-year PPA with SJVN Limited for a 50MW FDRE project

Juniper Green Energy Limited, through its subsidiary Juniper Nirjara Energy Private Limited, has executed a 25-year Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) with SJVN Limited to develop a 50MW Firm and Dispatchable Renewable Energy (FDRE) project, as announced on August 26, 2026. The project, awarded under the SJVN FDRE -2 scheme, will generate an expected annual revenue of Rs 80.00 crore and is slated for completion within 24 months, with a tariff of Rs 4.25 per unit. This development expands Juniper Green Energy’s total portfolio to 11,216 MWp of renewable energy capacity, complemented by 8,989 MWh of Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) capacity, furthering the company's position in the renewable energy sector.
