CRISIL upgrades Dhoot Transmission's long-term bank facilities rating to 'Crisil AA/Stable'

Dhoot Transmission Ltd announced that CRISIL Ratings Limited (“CRISIL”) has upgraded the long-term rating on the company’s bank facilities to ‘Crisil AA/Stable’ from ‘Crisil AA - /Stable’ and reaffirmed the short-term rating at ‘Crisil A1+’, encompassing a total bank loan facilities rated at Rs.388.99 Crore, with the rating rationale accessible on the CRISIL website, and this intimation is provided pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
