Sammaan Capital's long-term debt programme receives a ‘BWR AAA/Stable’ rating upgrade from Brickwork

Sammaan Capital Ltd announced that Brickwork Ratings (“BWR”) has upgraded the credit rating on the long-term debt programme of the Company to ‘BWR AAA/Stable’ with a stable outlook, citing factors such as strong parentage, an experienced management team, and a comfortable capitalization position; this upgrade follows IHC’s investment on March 31, 2026, and now aligns the Company's ratings with those from CRISIL, ICRA, S&P, and CARE, all of whom have also upgraded their ratings; the instruments covered by the BWR AAA/Stable rating include the long-term debt programme, and the successive rating upgrades have resulted in reduced borrowing costs and improved funding access, strengthening the Company’s competitive position.
