CRISIL reaffirmed ratings for 5paisa Capital, including a Rs 400 crore Commercial Paper facility

5paisa Capital Ltd announced that CRISIL Ratings Limited ("CRISIL") has reaffirmed ratings for its existing credit facilities and assigned a rating to additional Non-Convertible Debentures. Specifically, CRISIL reaffirmed a Crisil A+/Stable rating for Non-Convertible Debentures amounting to Rs 50 crore, a Crisil A+/Stable rating for a Long Term Bank Loan Facility of Rs 100 crore, and a Crisil A1+ rating for a Short Term Bank Loan Facility of Rs 300 crore; furthermore, the enhancement of the Commercial Paper facility was confirmed by CRISIL, increasing the amount from Rs 200 crore to Rs 400 crore, retaining the Crisil A1+ rating, and also assigned a Crisil A+/Stable rating to Non-Convertible Debentures of Rs 50 crore.
