ICRA upgrades PNB Housing Finance ratings on Rs 10,500 crore of instruments to [ICRA]AAA (Stable)

PNB Housing Finance Ltd announced that ICRA Limited has upgraded the ratings on its instruments, including long-term bank facilities amounting to Rs 10,000.00 crore and non-convertible debentures (NCDs) totaling Rs 500.00 crore, both to [ICRA]AAA (Stable) from [ICRA]AA+ (Stable), encompassing a total of Rs 10,500.00 crore; this upgrade follows prior rating actions by ICRA, including a rating of [ICRA]AA (Positive) for long-term bank facilities on August 22, 2023, and September 4, 2023, and several instances of [ICRA]AA+ (Stable) for long-term others instruments of Rs 10,000.00 each on November 27, 2025, November 28, 2024, March 28, 2024, May 10, 2024, and August 25, 2026, while no rating actions were taken by other agencies.
