IIFL Finance Ltd’s ratings reaffirmed by Crisil, including AA/Stable for bank loan facilities

IIFL Finance Ltd announced that Crisil Ratings Limited (“Crisil”) has reaffirmed its ratings for various instruments of the company, including a rating of Crisil AA/Stable for Bank Loan Facilities amounting to Rs. 11,493 Crore and Non-Convertible Debentures amounting to Rs. 11,398.56 Crore, a Crisil PPMLD AA/Stable rating for Long Term Principal Protected Market Linked Debentures amounting to Rs. 859 Crore, a Crisil AA-/Stable rating for Perpetual Bonds amounting to Rs. 300 Crore, and a Crisil A1+ rating for Commercial Papers amounting to Rs. 9000 Crore; no enhancements, assignments, or withdrawals were noted in connection with these reaffirmations, and the full details of the ratings are available on Crisil’s website.
