Tata Consultancy Services secures a five-year, €1.25 billion strategic deal with Porsche AG and MHP

Tata Consultancy Services announced that Porsche AG has entered into a five-year strategic deal with MHP and the company, valued at €1.25 billion, following TCS's acquisition of MHP Management - und IT-Beratung GmbH. The agreement, effective from the closing date of the acquisition, aims to industrialize AI across Porsche’s operations, encompassing engineering, manufacturing, customer experience, and enterprise transformation, alongside the delivery of automotive technology services and software-defined mobility platforms.
