ICRA upgrades Ivalue Infosolutions' ratings, citing RBI directives and a healthy credit profile

Ivalue Infosolutions Ltd announced rating revisions and enhancements from ICRA Limited and ICRA, noting that ICRA reaffirmed the “[ICRA]A+ (Stable)” rating for the Long term – Fund -based – Cash credit instrument with an amount of N/A, and the “[ICRA]A1+” rating for the Short term – Non-fund based – Interchangeable instrument with an amount of N/A, while also upgrading the Long term – Fund -based – Cash credit instrument with an amount of 118.00 from “[ICRA]A (Stable)” to “[ICRA]A+ (Stable)” and the Short term – Non -fund based – Interchangeable instrument with an amount of 62.50 from “[ICRA]A2+” to “[ICRA]A1+”, both actions stemming from RBI directives; ICRA further highlighted a Stable outlook reflecting the expectation of sustaining credit profile supported by healthy cash accruals and debt metrics, alongside negligible long-term debt and borrowings restricted to working capital, and noted that IPO proceeds of Rs. 560.3 crore will be entirely an offer for sale (OFS), with unencumbered cash and liquid investments totaling Rs. 267.4 crore as of March 31, 2026, and working capital borrowings at Rs. 117.5 crore with moderate utilization at 50-60%.
