Emkay Global raises Rs 50 crore via NCDs on private placement basis

Emkay Global Financial Services Limited announced the approval to raise up to Rs 50 crore through the issuance of 5,000 rated, listed, senior, unsecured, transferable, redeemable, taxable non-convertible debentures (NCDs) on a private placement basis, with a base issue size of Rs 25 crore and a green shoe option of an additional Rs 25 crore. The NCDs have a face value of Rs 1 lakh each and will carry an 11.50% annual coupon, payable half-yearly, with a deemed date of allotment expected on September 7, 2026, and a proposed maturity date of September 7, 2029. The company also has a call option exercisable at various intervals, and the debentures are proposed to be listed on the Wholesale Debt Market Segment of BSE Limited. The Management Committee approved the issuance at a meeting held on August 21, 2026.
