India Ratings assigns BBB+ ratings to Bhagiradha Chemicals and its subsidiary’s loan facilities

Bhagiradha Chemicals & Industries Ltd announced that India Ratings and Research (Ind-Ra) has assigned ratings to its bank loan facilities, as well as the bank loan facilities of its wholly-owned subsidiary, Bheema Fine Chemicals Private Limited. Specifically, Ind-Ra assigned an IND BBB+/Stable/IND A2+ rating to bank loan facilities, and an IND BBB+/Stable/IND A2+ rating to bank loan facilities amounting to 6,000, pertaining to Bheema Fine Chemicals Private Limited, with no other rating agencies providing data or taking action on any instruments; there were no enhancements, assignments, or withdrawals noted beyond these initial assignments.
