IIFL Finance receives reaffirmed ratings totaling Rs. 4,172.04 crores from Brickwork Ratings

IIFL Finance Ltd announced that Brickwork Ratings India Private Limited (“BWR”) has reaffirmed its rating as BWR AA+/Stable for Non-Convertible Debentures amounting to Rs. 3,022.04 crores, BWR AA/Stable for Perpetual Debt Instrument (“PDI”) amounting to Rs. 850 crores, and has assigned a rating of BWR AA/Stable for a Proposed PDI amounting to Rs. 300 crores; no other rating agencies are mentioned in the release, and there are no enhancements, withdrawals, or assignments related to any other instruments.
