Muthoot Capital Services raises Rs 29.81 crore via securitization of vehicle finance receivables

Muthoot Capital Services Limited raised Rs 29,80,63,471 through a securitization transaction on August 19, 2026, assigning vehicle finance receivables of Rs 33,11,81,634, representing the third such transaction undertaken by the company during fiscal year 2026-27; the transaction involved securities from the non-priority sector and was conducted in accordance with Reserve Bank of India guidelines. The company secretary and compliance officer, Deepa G, confirmed the details in a regulatory filing.
