CRISIL reaffirmed ratings for Jain Irrigation, including Rs.785.63 crore in Non-Convertible Debentures

Jain Irrigation Systems Ltd-DVR announced that CRISIL has reaffirmed its ratings on the company's instruments, specifically reaffirming the long-term rating for Bank Loan Facilities at Crisil BBB-/Negative and the short-term rating for Bank Loan Facilities at Crisil A3; additionally, CRISIL has reaffirmed the rating for Non-Convertible Debentures at Crisil BBB-/Negative, with the Non-Convertible Debentures amounting to Rs.785.63 Crore, the Bank Loan Facilities totaling Rs.2930 Crore, and no enhancements, assignments, or withdrawals were noted by the rating agency.
