ICICI Bank priced USD 750 million in notes under its USD 7.5 billion program

ICICI Bank Ltd announced the pricing of USD 750 million Senior Unsecured Fixed Rate Notes under its USD 7.5 billion Global Medium Term Note Programme, noting that Moody’s Ratings assigned a ‘Baa3’ rating to the Notes, while S&P Global Ratings assigned a ‘BBB’ rating to the Notes; there were no enhancements, assignments, or withdrawals related to these ratings, and the instruments involved are USD 750 million Senior Unsecured Fixed Rate Notes.
