Valplast Technologies secures Rs 12.96 crore contract from Mosh Varaya Infraprojects for tunnel rehabilitation in Maharashtra

Valplast Technologies Ltd. is currently trading at Rs 39.0, down 2.50%, while its stock has declined 1.27% over the last week. Valplast Technologies Limited announced it has secured a new order/contract from M/s Mosh Varaya Infraprojects Private Limited for "Tunnel Rehabilitation" work, valued at Rs 12,95,84,293. The scope of the contract includes rehabilitation of tunnel portals, safety enhancements, and tunnel rehabilitation through chemical grouting and polymer concrete in Maharashtra, with a completion timeframe of 12 months. The company confirmed that neither the promoter group nor any group companies have an interest in Mosh Varaya Infraprojects, and the order does not constitute a related party transaction. Valplast Technologies Ltd. shares saw a trading volume of 4000 today, a decrease of 96.61% from the one-week average volume. Valplast Technologies Ltd. remained flat year-over-year, outperforming the NIFTY50 index, which experienced a 2.37% loss.
