Adani Power's credit ratings upgraded by CARE Ratings, reflecting strong financial performance

Adani Power Ltd announced enhancements and assignments to its credit ratings by CARE Ratings, reflecting sustained strong financial and operational performance. CARE Ratings upgraded the credit rating of the company’s long-term bank facilities to CARE AA+; Stable, enhanced from Rs 42,950.00 to Rs 52,950.00, and the long-term/short-term bank facilities to CARE AA+; Stable / CARE A1+, with the long-term rating upgraded from CARE AA; Stable and the short-term rating reaffirmed. Additionally, CARE Ratings upgraded the credit rating assigned to Adani Power Limited’s Non-Convertible Debentures, with one tranche rated at CARE AA+; Stable and another at CARE AA+; Stable, totaling Rs 11,000 and Rs 11,500 respectively, and assigned a rating of CARE AA+; Stable to the combined rated facilities of Rs 90,500.00.
