Shalibhadra Finance Ltd announced credit rating actions from both ICRA Limited and ICRA, covering a range of instruments. ICRA Limited has assigned a rating of BBB- to Non-Convertible Debentures amounting to 20.00, reaffirmed the rating of BBB- for Long Term -Fund Based / Bank Lines of 40.00, and reaffirmed the rating of [ICRA]BBB -(Stable) for Financial Sector Regulator - Long Term -Fund Based -Others of 40.00; ICRA has assigned a rating of [ICRA]BBB - (Stable) to Non -Convertible Debentures of 20.00 and a rating of [ICRA]BBB- (Stable) to Non-Convertible Debenture of 19.50 and 20.50 as on August 06, 2026, alongside assigning ratings of [ICRA]BBB- (stable) to Bank Limits of 7.00, 5.00, 1.50, 1.00, and 25.50, all on August 11, 2026, with a request to visit www.icra.in for the latest ratings and noting that the ratings are subject to review upon changes in terms, size, or developments impacting debt servicing.
