Robust Hotels Ltd announced today that ICRA Limited has reaffirmed its rating of “[Rating]” on the company’s Equity Shares of [Amount], while assigning a stable outlook, with Care Ratings Limited affirming its rating of “[Rating]” on the same Equity Shares of [Amount], also with a stable outlook, and India Ratings & Research has reaffirmed its rating of “[Rating]” on the Equity Shares of [Amount] with a stable outlook; all actions are noted as initial ratings under Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, and involve no enhancements, assignments, or withdrawals by any of the aforementioned rating agencies.
