IIFL Finance's Long-Term IDR upgraded to ‘BB-’ by Fitch Ratings with a Stable Outlook

IIFL Finance Ltd announced that Fitch Ratings has upgraded its Long-Term Issuer Default Rating (IDR) to ‘BB-’ from ‘B+’ with a Stable Outlook, alongside an upgrade of the rating on Senior Secured Debt and Global Medium-Note Programme to ‘BB-’ from ‘B+’; Fitch has also withdrawn the Recovery Rating on Senior Secured Debt.
