Yes Bank's Issuer Rating upgraded to IND AA+/Stable by India Ratings and Research

Yes Bank Ltd announced rating actions from India Ratings and Research (Ind-Ra) and India Ratings, including an upgrade of its Issuer Rating to IND AA+/Stable, previously IND AA-/Stable. India Ratings updated the ratings on Yes Bank’s infrastructure bonds to IND AA+/ Stable from IND AA- / Stable, and also updated the ratings on its Basel II Tier 2 bonds to IND AA+/ Stable from IND AA- / Stable; furthermore, India Ratings upgraded the ratings on bonds amounting to 32,500 and 110,000, both carrying an IND AA+/Stable rating and classified as Basel 111 tier 2 bonds, with the upgrade on the bonds specifically noted as occurring on August 14, 2026, reflecting Private Sector Bank status, while no other rating agency actions or assignments or withdrawals were indicated.
