Simplex Castings Limited secures Rs 10.8 crore fabrication order from Infinity Horizon

Simplex Castings Limited has received a fabrication order worth Rs 10.8 Crore from M/S Infinity Horizon, as disclosed to the Calcutta Stock Exchange and BSE Limited. The order, awarded by a domestic entity, involves the manufacturing and supply of 1200 MT of fabricated steel structure and is expected to be completed within 5 months. Simplex Castings confirmed that neither the promoter group nor any group companies have an interest in Infinity Horizon, and the order does not constitute a related party transaction.
